About
LexiLetter was created to make professional letter writing accessible to everyone. Whether you're drafting a business offer, a cover letter, or personal correspondence — we give you the tools to communicate effectively.
Explainer video
LexiLetter takes your description in plain language and turns it into a formal letter following the DIN 5008 standard — with correct recipient address, subject line, salutation, and closing. You sign digitally via DocuSeal. The finished letter sits as a PDF in your account, ready to forward by email or print and send by post.
What sets LexiLetter apart
DIN 5008 compliant
Every letter follows the German business-letter standard DIN 5008 Form B — correct margins, address block, and fold marks. Letters that recipients take seriously.
Legally valid signature
Digital signature via DocuSeal (EU-hosted). Every signed letter is audit-proof and, if you want, merged into a single PDF with your attachments.
Your data stays in the EU
Database and storage on Supabase EU, payments via Stripe, email via Resend. No letter content leaves the EU. GDPR-compliant.
Frequently asked questions
Is LexiLetter safe for sensitive content?
Yes. Your letter content is processed in EU data centres (Supabase, DocuSeal). Only you and the recipient you choose see the letter. The AI model processes your description but does not retain it.
How does the digital signature work?
After generating your letter, you receive an email from DocuSeal with a signing link. Sign with mouse or finger; optionally attach a document (e.g. ID copy). LexiLetter merges the signed letter and any attachments into a single PDF.
How does LexiLetter differ from a template?
A template forces you to fill in blanks. LexiLetter takes your situation in plain language and writes a complete letter tailored to your case — using the correct legal terminology for cancellations, objections, complaints, or applications.
What does LexiLetter cost?
Your first letter is free. After that: €5 per single letter, €15 for five letters, or €9/month (€49/year) on the Pro plan with five letters monthly. No hidden costs, no auto-renewal on one-time packs.
Who is behind LexiLetter?
LexiLetter is a product of Markus Linke, registered trader (eingetragener Kaufmann) in Germany. Legal notice and contact details are in the footer. We typically respond to support requests within one business day.
